The HuaAn highway guardrail is manufactured according to M180 standards, designed to enhance highway safety by preventing vehicles from veering off the road and colliding with roadside structures or other objects. It is typically installed along highways, dock areas, and aisles, especially in curves and slopes, to guard against off-road collisions.

The HuaAn W / Thrie beam guardrail is created with the latest Highway Safety Barrier technology, ensuring both high durability and maximum strength. Our M180 guardrails have also passed TL1, TL2, TL3, and TL4 crash testing per MASH standards.

Containment levels as per EN 1317 include: HIW3-A, HIW4-A, HIW6, H2W2, H2W3-A, H2W4-A, H2W5, H2W6, H3, H4bW2, and H1-B-W5.

1. As part of the rewrite of NCHRP 350 [NCHRP Project 22-14(2)], the MGS Barrier was successfully tested;
2. With both the 5000-pound quad cab and 5000-pound 3/4-ton pickup trucks;
3. With the 2425-pound small car at the 32″ rail height;
4. The MGS Barrier has a greater construction tolerance: Was tested to 32″;
5. Having all of the components of the MGS system tested at 27 5/8″ allows the states to both set a construction tolerance for the rail system and to overlay the road without adjusting the system;
6. Both tangent and flared terminals were tested in the MGS configuration as an option;
