The HuaAn highway guardrail is designed to meet M180 standards, significantly enhancing highway safety by preventing vehicles from veering off the road and colliding with roadside structures or obstacles. These guardrails are primarily installed along highways, in dock areas, and in aisles, especially on curves and slopes, to mitigate the risk of off-road collisions.

HuaAn's W-Beam and Thrie-Beam guardrails utilize the latest advancements in highway safety barrier technology, ensuring exceptional durability and strength. These M180 guardrails have successfully undergone crash testing at levels TL1, TL2, TL3, and TL4 in accordance with MASH standards.

The containment levels conforming to EN 1317 standards include various classifications such as HIW3-A, HIW4-A, HIW6, H2W2, H2W3-A, H2W4-A, H2W5, H2W6, H3, H4bW2, and H1-B-W5. This extensive range of containment levels demonstrates the versatility and reliability of HuaAn guardrails in providing safety across different environments.

1. As part of the rewrite of NCHRP 350 [NCHRP Project 22-14(2)], the MGS Barrier was successfully tested;
2. With both the 5000-pound quad cab and 5000-pound 3/4-ton pickup trucks;
3. With the 2425-pound small car at the 32″ rail height;
4. The MGS Barrier has a greater construction tolerance: Was tested to 32″;
5. Having all of the components of the MGS system tested at 27 5/8″ allows the states to both set a construction tolerance for the rail system and to overlay the road without adjusting the system;
